Lyndelle Stonick's 2010 Mexican Riviera Cruise/Workshop


Come and join Lyndelle for a 7 day cruise aboard the Sapphire Princess along the beautiful Mexican Riviera. We cruise from Los Angeles and visit the ports of Puerta Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas.Indulge yourself in art and relaxation where you can experience the beauty of both land and sea. Relax, mingle with your fellow artists, eat to your hearts content, paint, explore, play and bring along a loved one.















Plein Air painting days in port will meet for approx. 3 hrs. There will be leisure time to shop or explore after the sessions in town. Art lessons on board are approx. 2-3 hrs in length. You’ll definitely get more than your money’s worth in this exciting opportunity for travel with painting. The cost of the Workshop is $350 for 6 days of instruction.

Cruise fares are per person based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Cruise fares do not include port charges, taxes and fees that are approximately $63 per person. Travel insurance is recommended but not required. A passport is required. The cruise fares are $549-obstructed oceanview; $749-balcony; $949-minisuite. Space is extremely limited so reserve now with a 20% deposit.

Puerto Vallarta– Stroll along the charming beachfront Malécon, filled with shops along cobblestone streets that are great for souvenirs. Along the river and the waterfront, you will find enough subjects to inspire any artist.









Mazatlán-Tranquil, temperate Mazatlán is a relaxing city by a beautiful bay. Find an inviting white sand beach with wonderful views of the offshore islands, perfect for painting and relaxing. The Old Town is a mosaic of cobbled streets, cathedrals and cafés.



Cabo San Lucas-The first thing you see is the famous, stunning Arch of Los Arcos. On the other side, between the Pacific and Sea of Cortez, is Cabo San Lucas. With frigate birds flying overhead, spouting whales, a harbor full of colorful boats and shops, a beautiful coastline and the colorful markets there are plenty of exciting subjects to paint.
